Acorn Learning & Teaching exists to build the capacity of school leaders and their teachers to design, implement and revise standards-based curriculum and instruction for the purpose of increased student learning. Our collaborative approach and contagious passion for simplifying the process ensures that the process continues long after we are present. All students deserve to have teachers that believe they can learn at high levels and provide them with instruction that can get them there.
Acorn Learning & Teaching is committed to planting small and mighty "seeds" of change in school systems, cultures and individual classrooms in hopes that as they take root the "oaks" of collaboration, rigor, responsive instruction and authentic assessment will be what our schools are built from.
